Merge PDF files — without uploading them anywhere

Scanned your lease in three separate chunks? Need to send one file instead of five? Merging PDFs is the most common PDF chore there is — and the usual route means handing your documents to a website. Here is the offline way.

Merging three PDF files in On Device Tools with the result ready to download

01Drop in the PDFs you want to combine

Open PDF Tools → Organize and drag in as many PDFs as you like. They appear in a list showing each file name and size. There is no per-file or per-day limit, because nothing is being uploaded to anyone.

02Put them in the right order

Use the ▲ ▼ arrows next to each file to reorder, or the to drop one you added by mistake. The merged document follows the order shown on screen, top to bottom.

03Merge and download

Leave the operation on Merge all and click Run. You get a single merged.pdf to download. Pages stay vector and text stays selectable and searchable — nothing is flattened into images, so the merged file is as usable as the originals.

Also in Organize: switch the operation to Extract pages to pull out a range like 1-3,5,8 into a new PDF, or Rotate pages to fix a scan that came in sideways. Same panel, same privacy.
Every tool, offline, one-time purchase

Passport photos, HEIC conversion, PDF tools, resume builder, QR codes and more — nothing ever uploaded.
